Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG/NGGH++ staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.


NGGH++ is looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager. Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, this role is responsible for creating and delivering the category business plan for defined key accounts. You will work cross functionally with local sales teams and will play a key role in creating impactful plans for revenue growth.


    • You will lead the creation and execution of seasonal and annual growth plans for key accounts and will work alongside the Sales Team to define growth opportunities.
    • You will manage the creation of the Go-to-Market proposition/local category plan.
    • You will be the main point of contact for product-related, assortment and Go-to-Market questions for your categories.
    • You will manage local pricing and sample ordering and will input on ranging and segmentation for the category plan.
    • You will support the analysis of account data, trends and performance, in order to further develop the account plan.
    • You will influence and align with the Sales Team on all financials.


    • You have experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in retail.
    • You are consumer focused with good understanding of product and range.
    • You are able to balance brand and commercial aspects to build channel-specific Go-to-Market solutions.
    • You have strong negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
    • You are proficient in MS Office Suite.
    • You are fluent in English.
    • You have experience in the sports retail industry (desirable but not essential).
