In Asia Pacific, there is an exciting opportunity to accelerate Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) progress at PVH. Our global I&D commitments are underway and we are committed to further execute on the strong foundation through strategic alignment and initiative deliveries to drive equitable impact for associates, consumers and stakeholders in wider community.

In this role, the I&D Manager for Asia Pacific, will own and execute on the I&D roadmap for all the regions and businesses in Asia Pacific, working to support the Director on key priorities, the executive leadership, the HR community and other passionate champions in a thriving I&D ecosystem.

You have the opportunity to:

• Act as role model on thought diversity, be a voice to underrepresented groups for equity, empower I&D capabilities to drive disruption, reimagine an innovative workplace to stay relevant, and demonstrate strong agency to I&D matters.
• Provide thought leadership, guidance, coaching and build solid relationships with internal employee groups to ensure their goals drive impact for the wider workforce.
• Develop program to accelerate I&D priorities, manage communication and brand, implementation and track impact across the region.
• Develop a regional plan to drive associate engagement company-wide and promote culture of inclusion to enhance associate sense of belonging in support of the corporate vision.
• Source and manage partnerships with third party vendors that enhance value delivery in support of I&D priorities.
• Pursue market data trends, employment activities, define key business metrics and deliverables against I&D priorities in the short and long term.
• Partner with CSR, associate experience and internal communications teams to optimize on collaboration opportunities, execution and delivery on common goals to drive I&D progress.
• Navigate a rich, complex landscape with varying degrees of cultural norms, social constructs and regulations to deliver I&D outcomes aligned to business goals for the regions.
• Collaborate across HR, Talent Planning and Talent Acquisition teams to develop innovative strategies and programs.
• Participate in global, regional and local initiatives that enhances the company's ambition to be an inclusive employer of choice.

You need to have:

• A growth mindset and be a savvy operator to manage projects, develop plans and navigate a fast-paced organization that is hungry for I&D transformation.
• Solid experience in I&D with driving impact in mind (non-exclusive to our incumbent industry), working in partnership with business and HR community within the region and global.
• Experience articulating data for meaningful insights with follow-up recommendations.
• The ability to be a self-starter with differentiated thinking and an eye for uncharted opportunities.
• Outstanding communications, interpersonal skills and be fluent in English (written and spoken), and preferably another Asian language.
• Inclusive leadership, cultural dexterity, humility, empathy, curiosity and courage to build trust and garner psychological safety in a workplace environment.
