Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead our Global Logistics Business Solutions team. In this role, the qualified candidate will be instrumental in executing the digital supply transformation strategy within Ralph Lauren. The Sr. Manager, Business Solutions is a trusted operational partner and solution provider that brings a deep understanding of supply chain, logistics and distribution fulfillment methods. This position requires vision, technical and operational depth, and excellent communication and relationship skills. The Sr. Manager, Business Solutions provides leadership, mentoring, and clear priorities to the Global Logistics Business Solutions team delegating stretch opportunities for professional growth. Ensures the team has the training, tools, support, and guidance required to succeed while balancing the right investment level to maintain a healthy work/life balance as wells fulfilling needs of the business in a timely and effective manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Influences and administers the Global Logistics Technology product roadmap in partnership with business and IT partners prioritizing new capabilities to meet key business objectives and operational needs. Inclusive of: WES, WMS, OMS, Webstore, TMS, TE, SFCC, LMS, VAS, MHE, et al. Develops and manages relationships with solution providers to ensure a deep understanding of capabilities to capitalize on value creation, staying current on new releases and industry best practices to inform the roadmap. Develops relationships and partners closely with internal business partners as well as external 3rd party partners. Is heavily invested in business and operational strategy recommending and translating operational improvement opportunities into technical solution capabilities and deliverables. Responsible for influencing and managing to Business Solution budgets working closely with Finance and Technology Partners whether annual operating plan or project-based investment. Primary responsible for Statement of Work coordination with solution providers along with internal procurement and billing. Manages a team of business analysts and support analysts responsible for the change management lifecycle, first level business solution support and WMS configuration. Provides subject matter expertise throughout the change management lifecycle for new technology capability to deliver on time, cost and with quality. Manages resources to ensure timely & effective support of 24x7, multi-site, nuanced multi-channel business operations as well as integrations with upstream and downstream systems & partners. Leads or manages business requirement gathering sessions methodically documenting for handoff to technology partners in the solutioning and design of improved systematic behaviors with an eye on customer journey and user experience. Ensures business partner teams have the proper training and standard operation procedure documentation to effectively execute operationally with focus on reducing to eliminating support contact requests. Establish and maintain strong business partnerships across functional areas to promote collaboration, teamwork, and organizational alignment to include sharing of best practices. Develop comprehensive knowledge of Ralph Lauren's consumer, wholesale, and retail and business along with industry best practices and trends to inform on product direction.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Four-year degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or equivalent work experience within the consumer goods industry. 5-7 years of hands-on support and delivery management experience with a tier-1 provider: WMS, OMS, TMS/TE, LMS, & ERP. Exposure and understanding of WES concepts & capabilities. Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting warehouse automation & MHE as well as managing associated 3rd party partners. Deep understanding of distribution fulfillment models with the ability to define, implement, and manage the best solution footprint. Demonstrated experience in developing and administering standardized methods & practices for delivery of business solutions. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, high impact, quick response initiatives. Authentic leader with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence at all levels within the organization with a continuous focus on value creation. Bring passion, drive, fiscal discipline, and continuous improvement focus to this position leading by example. Demonstrated experience: WMS, preferably Manhattan Associates WES, preferably Vargo COFE OMS, preferably IBM Sterling SaaS ERP, preferably SAP Contact Center, preferably Sales Force MHE, preferably Intelligrated/Honeywell and Mantissa VAS; preferably Beardan Small Parcel; preferably Fedex, UPS, DHL Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSM, DASM, or PMI-ACP) are a plus. Lean & Agile mindset are a plus Experience with RPA is a plus. Experience with RF/RFID applications is a plus. Experience with Robotics automation is a plus.
