NGGH++ are hiring a Head of Brand Connect role to lead our content and social media team, to lead strategy and execution and build a strong brand platform and engaged community of brand advocates.


    • Lead the brand content team to create and execute industry leading content for all channels with a focus on social media / commerce
    • Work with the brand team on executing content for campaigns in line with the marketing calendar to ensure providing the customer with the right stories on the right channels at the right time
    • Implement and use social listening tools to understand customer sentiment and uncover new areas of opportunity
    • You will create a best in class amplification and engagement strategy that will grow and nurture the customer community according to their behaviors, motivations and interests.
    • Manage a budget ensuring all activity is delivered on time and meets commercial goals


    • You have inhouse or agency experience in the sports or fashion industry
    • A background in leading teams to deliver best in class content across social media channels
    • A digital thinker with an eye for what's new and next
