Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG/NGGH++ staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG/NGGH++ is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE

NGGH++ are hiring a Head of Brand to lead a team of brand and category experts on strategy / GTM planning / Brand management

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will work closely with the Product Development team to understand seasonal launches and create a marketing calendar and plans in line with this to deliver brand objectives
    • You will use marketing insights to understand the needs of customers and translate this into best in class storytelling and campaigns
    • You will work closely with the NGG++ creative team to brief them on upcoming campaigns and content needs
    • You will be a key link between the brand and digital teams ensuring that we are delivering and optimising all marketing activity.
    • You will be responsible measuring, tracking and reporting on the commercial success of all campaign activity
    • You will be the face of the marketing strategic process & glue of the creative / operational teams. Gate keeper of timing & deliveries.


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have inhouse or agency experience in the sports or fashion industry
    • Strong sensitivity to the fashion and sports industry, product appreciation and an eye for aesthetics.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Ability to own and deliver multiple projects to daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
    • Experience calibrating across an organisation to deliver results
