STORE MANAGER

About THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a store manager will vary, and will include, but not be limited to:

• Partnering with the store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards/goals
• Identifying opportunities and collaborate with others in order to grow the business or improve performance.
• Consistently fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner.
• Ensuring "door to floor" best practices, visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room are being executed
• Create energy and excitement around shared goals and values.
• You will have access to leadership trainings and learnings and continuously develop yourself.

About YOU

• You will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive retail experience
• You will have a minimum 1 year store management experience in the service or retail industry
• You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease
• You will be a team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
