We're looking for a Team Lead Global Events (m/f/d) to join ourGlobal Brand Communications team.

What you can expect:

  • Oversee and drive the development and implementation of event concepts for HB AG such as the planning and organizing of events such as fashion shows, brand events, store openings, market launches as well as internal events such as executive management meetings, etc.
  • This includes the identification and selection (with the help of procurement) of key relevant agencies, event briefing, overseeing and managing the finalization of the service portfolio / contracts and specifications / functional specifications as well as negotiation of the services of agencies / service providers together with strategic purchasing and legal
  • Optimize interactions between key internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, Social Media, Paid Media, PR, Ecom, and CRM teams, to ensure proper enhancement and amplification of events to achieve a 360° approach to all initiatives
  • Steer and support the development, in partnership with the regions, of strategically relevant local events
  • Guide the team in the development of event types, event tools, global standards and guidelines for the preparation, planning, implementation and reporting of local events in the countries
  • Budget management and project reporting: Ensure compliance with the specified budget framework, budget control and independent management, project reporting and coordination of the interfaces with all sub-projects and escalations
  • Oversee the development of post-event reports with analysis driven by data including attendee feedback, goal attainment, and recommendations for future event improvements


Your profile:

  • 7+ years of global event planning management experience required in the fashion industry or comparable industry
  • Clear communication skills are vital for success in this role - both written and verbal, being clear and concise is essential to productivity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, at various levels including hands-on involvement
  • Ability to create event experiences with meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational expertise, to deliver measurable marketing results
  • Experience with developing and managing events budgets, including vendor engagement
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with business leaders and stakeholders and drive consensus
  • Demonstrated performance in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
