Our Client Advisors provide an exceptional experience for every Grown Brilliance customer across all touchpoints of the brand – from our client-focused virtual appointments to our best-in-class exclusive 5th Avenue client lounge. These experts assist our clients in finding their best jewelry match from a range of our luxury products and collections.
The Client Advisor should be a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships. They should have excellent communication skills and be passionate about our brand so they can present it accurately and professionally. They should consistently strive to elevate and perfect the client experience across all channels.
- Guide our customers through their purchasing journey via in-person and virtual appointments, creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer. Proactively respond to online customer inquiries and qualify all inbound sales leads (website, social media, appointment inquiries etc.) Consistently achieve or exceed the monthly sales targets as directed by management. Foster long-term client relationships with strong listening, presentation, and closing skills to optimize sales results and client retention. Develop and demonstrate exceptional product knowledge. Quickly identify and solve any and all customer service issues and proactively escalate to management as needed. Review client feedback surveys and online reviews, working with leadership to continuously improve the customer experience and your individual sales performance Maintain a luxury showroom environment at all times. Conduct post-sale appointments to assist our clients returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and any other After Sales Services. Communicate trends and client requests with the product and leadership teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously and with precision. Able to listen to clients and adapt the sales approach accordingly. Must be a team player who is motivated and collaborative. Must be proficient in CRM, and Google Drive, and comfortable in a fast-paced technology-based work environment. 3 to 5 years of previous experience in the luxury industry. Established knowledge of high-end jewelry (GIA courses or similar). Must have a proven track record of developing client portfolios and closing sales.
