Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications, the VP, Associate Communications will spearhead all internal communications activities, both enterprise-wide and in the Americas region, to inform, inspire and engage PVH associates, applying a "people-first" lens. They will leverage strategic communications to develop and execute an internal communications plan and support development and execution of PVH's People strategy, driving alignment around key Chief People Officer (CPO) led and Human Resources ledinitiatives.This role requires demonstrated experience of internal communications strategy and execution, and strong leadership and collaboration skills.

The VP, Associate Communications will work closely with a wide range of leaders across PVH functions and regions, managing cross-functional relationships to deliver successful outcomes across high profile projects, within tight timeframes.


  • Lead Associate Communications team to develop and execute global internal communications strategy to support delivery of the PVH+ Plan global strategy and position PVH as an employer of choice as part of the broader global strategic communications plan
  • Develop and reinforce PVH narratives that inspire and engage global associates through ongoing communications content and associate engagement campaigns that celebrate company culture and promote PVH values and strategic framework
  • Manage organizational announcements, cadence, supporting materials andapprovals
  • Partner with EVP, Corporate Communications to leverage senior leaders to cascade global messages and build engaging internal communications programs for their respective functions
  • Maintain relationships with key brand, region, retail and warehouse communication partners to ensure appropriate cascade and reach of key messages
  • Oversee internal communications platforms strategy to build strong, engaging channels that reach global associates; develop measurement tools and metrics for reach and engagement
  • Partner with VP, People Strategy & Planning to develop the People communications strategy, aligned to the CPO's strategic priorities, to include core narrative development, CPO positioning plan and calendar of key HR initiatives
  • Meet regularly with HRLT and their teams to align on plans, gather feedback, and advise on communications, as needed

The VP, Associate Communications manages a team of internal communications specialists, including a director of Associate Communications, manager, internal platforms, manager, associate communications and senior coordinator, associate communictions.

As a senior member of the Corporate Communications team, you will also be part of mentoring and supporting all members of the team, and helping to bring channel experts together to develop integrated plans and content.


Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor's degree required

  • Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, including project management, time management and follow-through
  • Experienced in managing a team
  • Adept at bringing people together, including across regions and time-zones, to design and deliver purpose-led communications and programming that create conversation, drive education and deliver meaningful change
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple cross-functional projects with adherence to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal partners
  • Ability to work well under pressure, anticipate needs and challenges, and respond to changing demands
  • Passionate about delivering a compelling associate experience
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
