Job Details

Provide strategic leadership and operational support to TH Supply team through thought-partnership, planning, and executing the TH Supply strategies. Responsible for driving and supporting projects and foundational processes. Liaises with TH Business Strategy Team and Corporate SIO Team to share out information and learnings as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works closely with Supply leader to identify, connect and deliver annual TH Supply strategies and goals
  • Monitor key process metrics and KPIs and coordinate and drive improvement in Operational Excellence foundational activities and decisions
  • Study current business, trends and conduct analysis in order to identify opportunities and make recommendations for application within the business
  • Partner with vendors/suppliers to execute strategic projects, evolve manufacturing practices, and deliver impactful solutions across the value chain
  • Accountable for project results along with Initiative Owner; Support initiative owners in scoping, planning, and managing initiative projects including:
    • Complete and maintain document outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
    • Facilitate steering committees and working team meetings as necessary to help drive to plan
    • Communicate project status to sponsor and stakeholders
  • Coordinate best practice information with existing cross functional/regional teams to ensure team is leveraged SOP
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process enhancements based on industry, corporate, or best practices
  • Develop, coordinate and maintain deliverables for key business channel and NA Supply meetings such as weekly critical topics, seasonal supply dashboards, vendor meetings
  • Provide strategic guidance for sourcing strategy, budget, and other relevant presentations and communications to business partners
  • Project management support for key programs and projects across PVH business strategies
  • Process mapping and roll out including capability mapping and implementation
  • Manage business specific risk tracking ( mitigation and operational solution resolution )
  • OpEx reporting and business performance
  • KPI development and maintenance for business performance and PVH KPIs
  • AUC reporting and roll ups including ad hoc cost modeling and analysis
  • Manage AUC roll up, contribution log, sustainability reporting, FOB projections and overall costing modeling
  • Translate costing analytics pertinent to TH NA including trending, planning, reporting
  • Data cleansing and integrity; reporting and KPI reconciliation
  • Support key reporting deliverables on a weekly, seasonal and annualized basis
  • Manage key milestone meetings such as sourcing strategy, critical issues
  • Serve as key contact to coordinate communicate with business partners such as channel partners, CR, logistics, IT initiatives related to the business
  • Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shifts
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members on a proactive basis.
  • Communicate process and deliverables updates to cross functional leadership to ensure common understanding and requirements for success


QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 8+ years' experience in either supply chain, product development, production or related consulting experience
  • PMI certification is an asset, but not required
  • Apparel experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated leadership managing or influencing people
  • Proven ability to create, implement and measure new processes
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • University degree or college diploma in Business or a related field
  • Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages
  • Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence and elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments

  • Comfortable with all levels and cultures/relationship builder, needs to be able to navigate within the organization
  • Uses creativity in communication to clearly articulate written and visual messages; includes creative usage of Power Point to convey messages
  • Trusted and respected resource as the "connector" to keep the business on track

Pay Range: $114,400 - $154,550
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
