Position Overview

In the current exciting, competitive and dynamic context of constant new trends, services and technologies being introduced, we are seeking a passionate, bright and motivated individual to join the Marketing department and more specifically the Special Projects and Events Team. The successful candidate will contribute by leading the conceptualization, production and execution of Pan-EU Events including Fashion, Home & Hospitality initiatives and other physical brand happenings and activations. They will be responsible for bringing ambitious concepts, events and strategies to life responding to evolving brand, business and consumer needs. The position will report directly into the Senior Manager of Special Projects & Events and work cross-functionally with Creative Services, PR, Marketing, Media amongst other key internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Working within the EMEA Marketing department based in London and reporting into the Special Projects & Events Senior Manager, you will: · Lead the creative ideation, implementation, and production of brand appropriate & market right events alongside other physical brand initiatives to the highest of standards as part of complete 360 strategies and Global Brand Moments. · Manage all operational & production logistics including but not limited to invitations, AV, venue, creative briefing, catering, security, music, photography whilst acting as key event liaison with our internal teams · Negotiate, manage and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing and potential suppliers (including agencies and other general vendors), bringing new best-in-class suppliers to the table per project as needed. · Excellent communication skills, providing clear and concise internal communication of events with key stakeholders · Creation and management of pre-event briefing documents including critical paths, timelines, run of shows & event precaps · Work with the Special Projects & Events Senior Manager to create hindsight reports to analyse and assess the effectiveness of event delivery, demonstrating an understanding of challenges faced with recommendations for future improvements · Budget planning, management and post-event reconciliation · Have a strong understanding of the luxury fashion & hospitality landscape, monitoring & capturing competitive event industry trends regularly to inform and/or inspire the development of new event concepts and experiences · The role requires someone with excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills together with strong attention to detail, in order to lead ambitious projects.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Fluency in English and a European Language (optional) · 5-7 strategic cycles in a similar position preferred but not essential · Depth of relevant marketing, communications and events experience gained in international consumer goods organizations, preferably with some exposure to premium/luxury brands/interiors/design/hospitality · Marketing credentials including brand positioning, merchandising, communications, and partnership development · UK (and/or European ): Will have a strong relevant network and have held a significant role focused on this region. · Experience of developing brand building strategies; protecting and enhancing brand equity and increasing market share within a rapidly changing and highly competitive marketplace KEY REQUIREMENTS · Creative and ambitious, with a passion for creating high-impact events and driving innovation, bringing new ideas to the table · Highly organized with a structured working approach · Ability to project manage and multi-task autonomously with good time management · Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment using initiative & meeting tight deadlines · Quick learner with a good sense of initiative. Confident to learn on the job and develop new ideas · Positive outlook with a pro-active & can-do attitude · Curiosity and understanding of the fashion industry and competitor activity · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Computer literate with excellent excel and power point knowledge · An affinity for luxury goods, interiors/design, luxury service. · Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
