To complete our HUGO BOSS Product Development Denim Department we are looking for a Team LeaderPattern Design Denim & Leisure Trousers (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

  • Steering the complete pattern design process Denim & Leisure Trousers for all brand and gender lines
  • Driving the implementation of the 3D process cross functionally
  • Delivering milestones for change management
  • Collaborate with internal and external interfaces supporting the Head of Product Development Denim & Leisure Trousers
  • Oversee daily product development operations and seasonal time table and monitor team performance together
  • Work closely together with Team Leads of Technical Development Denim & Leisure Trousers for central costing activities related to seasonal negotiations and internal and external benchmarking among sourcing countries and vendors
  • Ensure balanced workload allocation vs. resources across all team members
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Project lead&work and process optimisation to further improve and develop the Denim and Leisure Trouser business
  • Initiate innovation management on products and processes relate
  • Global travel activities at vendors


Your profile:

  • Degree in Textile Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience of technical development and pattern design, Denim and Leisure Trousers Know-how required
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of product development and procurement management, basic knowledge of 3D development of apparel products
  • Proven track record in internal and external stakeholder management
  • Strong motivation skills, strong solution oriented thinking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset to drive team development and process improvement
  • Fluent business English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel), SAP/PLM
