About the Role

The Digital Creative Studio Manager is responsible for supporting the Franchise Marketing, Licensing and Store Experience as a key member of the creative marketing team. The role will work across multiple Gap Inc Brands operating in over 70 countries, managing the digital creative strategy, design, visualization and preparation of assets for site, email and social. Overseeing a team of digital designers providing strategic creative direction, coaching and development. Managing a specialized area with an output that has a noticeable impact on the organization's goals and growth.
This role calls for a hard-working, organized and truly multi-disciplined candidate who can work across a variety of creative and design projects.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the brand's digital creative teams to understand creative intent, leverage content and learnings to adapt and develop an on brand global digital experience which supports the local needs of our franchise partners.
  • Plan both short- and long-term creative strategies in line with the Brands to enable growth and business priorities.
  • Supports the Omni creative lead to deliver the digital experience in partnership with the store experience designers.
  • Collaborate with Brand Management and Marketing teams to support with creative solutions and guidance to meet the commercial and seasonal strategies.
  • Refine and develop processes and guidance for both internal cross functional partners and external franchise partners, to maintain creative standards across the brands and upskill teams involved.
  • Ongoing focus on learning and development of talent, nurturing both technical and creative skills of the digital designers


Who You Are

  • Currently working in a creative studio with managerial experience either inhouse or agency.
  • Min 5 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a similar equivalent
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Xd, Premier Pro and Illustrator packages).
  • Knowledgeable of job and asset management systems (for example Workfront, WebDAM, Adobe Experience Manager, Office 365)
  • Developed design aesthetic & thorough understanding of good design with a broad knowledge of competitive fashion designersetailers across all product categories
  • Excellent partnering, collaboration & influencing skills
  • Proven ability to manage and direct multiple projects across time zones, brands and locations.
  • Developed team management skills with a team of direct reports
  • Excellent organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Excellent at multi-tasking, effective time management skills + ability to manage / prioritize workload
