Job Details

Toteme is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Stockholm. As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will identify long-term competencies needed in the organization, create innovative strategies to attract talented and diverse candidates, strengthen Toteme’s employer branding and create a good candidate experience. You will be part of the People and Culture team and play an important role in the growth journey of Toteme.

 

The role

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle and end-to-end hiring process, including job brief creation, job advertising, active search, candidate screening, arranging and conducting interviews and delivering offer proposals
  • Develop and maintain effective communication around open positions and methods for recruitment pipelines globally 
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities, encourage employees to be brand ambassadors and plan employee referral programs
  • Prepare hiring tracking reports and liaise with the hiring manager on the progress
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
  • Develop existing interview and onboarding processes and deliver trainings
  • Create an exceptional experience along the entire candidate journey including onboarding
  • Support with visa processes and relocations 
  • Work closely with both internal and external parties
  • Conduct ad hoc HR projects as required

 

Your profile 

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • A few years experience of recruitment and proactive resourcing strategies  
  • Highly practical with great problem solving skills and the ability to work and deliver projects within set timeframes
  • Knowledge of the fashion and luxury market (preferable)

This is a full time position based at Toteme's Stockholm office with an start in October
