Position Overview
Execute all interiors changeovers and installations for store or store(s) including but not limited to construction of any interior/window sets, on-site prop handling and prop placement

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Execute all interiors changeovers and installations for store or store(s) including but not limited to construction of any interior/window sets, on-site prop handling and prop placement · In keeping with visual calendar, prepare for next installation or floor change. · For each installation, responsible for procuring/compiling creative and aesthetic elements for floor, including: any decorative prop elements, furniture, fabric, etc. · Execute daily interior-set maintenance for store(s), this includes: repositioning mannequins, re-propping, and sourcing alternative product for interior presentations · Conduct daily walkthrough of location, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearance of the site · Execute interim display strategies for critical vacancies. · Partner with store management and product presentation · Hire and manage freelance or temporary support staff (stylists, carpenters, etc.) during installations and changeovers.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· 1-3 years visual merchandising and/or visual presentation/display/fine art/fashion styling experience · Demonstrated ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar.
