Our office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working, an outdoor terrace for a team lunch, or a dedicated studio for a yoga class.


As part of the People Operations team, this role will be reporting to Benefits Supervisor and will be responsible for assisting with the benefits administration and improving and streamlining the current benefits offering so it is aligned with our workforce and the overall Total Rewards strategy. As FARFETCH Group continues to expand and change rapidly, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a high growth environment, with previous experience in dealing with queries, managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships and with communication skills.


    • Support monthly and annual benefit administration and reconciliation, maintaining records, working with Faircare and our benefits brokers to ensure accurate benefit reporting and organising monthly benefits presentations for new starters.
    • Partner with benefits providers to review and maintain our current benefits offering (contracts, premiums, invoices, ad hoc changes etc.).
    • Ensure strong communications with the People Coordinators and People Advisors so that data is accurate and all changes are captured in our rapidly changing workforce.
    • Analyze benefits-related data and costs;
    • Ensure a high level of service in replying to queries


    • Analytical and numerical with experience in data inputting, reconciliation proficient in Excel
    • Able to work well in a high paced team and manage a high volume workload, working to tight deadlines and ensuring accuracy
    • An approachable team member for day to day payroll and benefits queries
    • A proactive problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve payroll and benefits processes for the business
    • A strong communicator who is confident building and managing relationships with our internal employees, new starters and benefits vendors
    • Curious to keep learning, flexible, dynamic, with attention to detail and multitasking;
