The Global Media department, as part of the Global Marketing and Brand Communications department, is integrated into the HUGO BOSS Trade Mark Management subsidiary in CH-Zug. Centrally located in Zug, our department coordinates the worldwide media presence in over 40 markets. To lead and strenghten our young and dyanamic team, we are looking for a Head of Global Media Partnerships (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • Specification and management of the advertising brand strategy for branding according to corporate guidelines and objectives for all fashion and lifestyle products of BOSS & HUGO brands incl. licensing business (except fragrances) in more than 30 countries considering also the continuous validation of this strategy and campaigns with initiation of corrections, if necessary
  • Responsibility for global agency management and control of various production service providers, in particular management of agency pitches, contract negotiations and collaboration on contract drafting
  • Global annual budgeting, budget recommendations and cost control for all branding media activities
  • Media consulting for international subsidiaries and license partners
  • Responsible for the development of promotional projects to support new product launches and in store material related to campaigns
  • Evaluation of trends and derivation of resulting, contemporary communication activities
  • Execution of international market, competitor, customer and target group analyses


Your profile:

  • 10 years experience leading offline media within a global fashion brand.
  • Strong change-agent, driven by curiosity
  • Knowledge of different types of media channels and proven negotiation skills with these channels to close competitive deals
  • Proven track record of translating key media metrics into learnings to drive the global partnership strategy forward with speed and agility
  • Capable of working with global stakeholders
