Product Photographer

LePrix is a fast-growing fashion-tech company and we’re looking for talented, driven, and entrepreneurial members to join our team. LePrix is the leading marketplace platform for retailers to source and sell pre-owned luxury. Our LePrix Wholesale mission is to make sourcing pre-owned luxury items easy for retailers from the most trusted wholesalers in the world. We are a female-founder-led, diverse team that is passionate about innovating the pre-owned luxury industry.

We are looking for a creative and brand-oriented product photographer to highlight the best qualities of our product through images. The product photographer's responsibilities include liaising with clients, sourcing props for shoots, arranging the products, photographing and editing pictures.

To be successful as a product photographer, you must have excellent planning skills, maintain good relationships with clients, and keep up with the latest photo editing software.

Reports to: Vice President of Wholesale Ops and Global Expansion

Status: Contract to Full time

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take professional pictures of pre-owned luxury items in a studio or on location Work closely with clients and colleagues to produce high-quality photographic images Use different techniques to enhance the photographs as required Use photo manipulation software such as Adobe Suite to get desired results Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs Review sets of photographs and select the best results Operate various photographic equipment such as single lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras and lighting Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS  

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in photography art preferred Proven experience as a photographer in a competitive industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detailed knowledge of photography art and lighting Strong creative presence and artistic flair Customer focus with a desire to over deliver on quality Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results Able to stand and move around for long periods at a time Flexible to travel to locations as required of the job
