Location: P448's New York City Showroom

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team with global store trainings and product seminars with key account managers when necessary and complete detailed store recaps for the team on completion.
  • Attend and assist the Wholesale team during NYC market weeks, including, but not limited to: Shadowing the sales team; Creating detail sheets and look books; Assisting in maintaining the showroom; Managing and reviewing market schedule to ensure proper catering, appointment flow and space management; Leading market appointments when needed; Guiding and assisting customers with their assortments and questions; and assisting with market prep.
  • Attend nonlocal shoe shows with the sales team with required travel; assist with setup/breakdown; and engage with potential customers and booth visitors.
  • Monitor ecommerce accounts for proper presentation and promotions.
  • Assist with wholesale sales reports, presentations and information when needed.
  • Scout for potential new accounts to expand P448 distribution.
  • Help process reorders, RTVs and maintenance in season for existing wholesale accounts.
  • Begin to develop relationships with wholesale customers with the goal to independently handle accounts in the future.
  • Cover for the sales team if needed for travel, training, or appointment reasons.
  • Become familiar with competitive brands as well as current trends in the sneaker/fashion market.
  • Be flexible to assist the P448 team when necessary.
  • Work closely with the Showroom Coordinator to maintain showroom presentation, assist with sample check in processes and Wholesale needs.

Skills & Experience:

  • A passion for the fashion industry, specifically sneakers
  • Adept in Outlook, Excel, Gmail, PowerPoint and Word
  • Flexibility and desire to travel, working across time zones
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and extended hours when applicable
  • The ability to work with a small close-knit team
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Preferable previous experience in fashion and sales
  • Conversational and extremely comfortable public speaking
  • Excellent time management skills to complete several ongoing tasks
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Committed to growing a career in Fashion Wholesale
