About this Job

 

  • This role is responsible for developing and managing a sales calendar in relationship with operations/production/marketing calendar 
  • Develop and present sales insights to key stakeholders on sales productivity, sales performance, buyer feedback and sales productivity in line with wholesale margin
  • Develop a sales strategy 
  • Develop sales strategy and implement strategy for domestic (US) and international market
  • Influence issue resolution for wholesale accounts within sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential account relationships, business partners and stakeholders
  • Provide insight to protect the team from business disruptions
  • Maintain system of wholesale commissions management system
  • A lead stakeholder in the sales automation and system roadmap process (Salesforce, Google Sheets, compensations systems, etc)
  • Deliver on sales targets and other key performance indicators
  • Ensure long-term business growth aligned with the company mission, vision, and procedures
  • Develop sales presentations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with accounts regarding product availability, competitive details, and product launches
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts
  • Manage order updates, process and planning including order consolidation, order processing, payment processing (data entry) before delivery/shipment
  • After markets/seasons provide reports and summaries including but not limited to consolidated sales summary, post market report, merchandising report (one week after each market or trade show), sell-through report at regular/sales price
  • Prepare online and physical platforms for sales including but not limited to Playtime/Joor/NuOrder
  • Prepare sales tools including but not limited to line sheets, wholesale brand guides, etc
  • Attend key tradeshows and implement strategy for sales goals
