The Team

Supply Chain Process Development (SCPD) is a department that works with all product divisions for our main brands in PVH Europe, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The department drives synergies and streamlines processes and tools across the product divisions to raise efficiency and drive profitability.

We act as a link between various business areas and tech teams to provide tools and new developments, processes and fulfill training needs for Product Development, Sales, Factories, Purchasing and more areas.

In the team for Vendor-Purchase-2-Pay processes which this role is for, we work cross-functionally with other teams in Central Operations, Corporate Responsibility, divisional Buying & Planning teams, third party logistics providers, and our PVH offshore supply chain hubs.

The Position

We are currently looking for a new colleague to our Purchase-2-Pay (P2P) process development team, who is responsible for analyzing a range of divisional business processes and initiatives in the purchasing- and logistics areas. In this job, you will play an executing role in (sub)projects improving divisional and operational processes in the supply chain with on- and offshore teams, while not having any operational responsibility yourself.

You will be reporting directly to the Sr Manager P2P.

The P2P team supports and guides the product divisions to work in an aligned way with regard to reporting, purchasing and transportation related processes. You will work closely with our divisional and central supply chain teams to identify and formulate process development projects. The role will also work closely with the rest of our SBI team, which concentrates on inbound/logistics and vendor related processes.

We follow an agile methodology with daily stand-ups to realize developments and most of our projects with various technology teams; functional consultants and integration teams internally as well as externally. An interest and flair for pushing results with IT is therefore valuable in this role. The role functions as the link between business stakeholders and IT demand-analyst teams, covering all systems supporting divisional processes (SAP, HANA Reporting/Analysis for Office, GT Nexus, labeling and heritage systems).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyses and leads process improvement projects across the supply chain in the P2P areas - primarily related to product purchasing
  • Key User for SAP purchasing processes; implements new processes, supports and trains users, acts as first point of contact for divisional Super Users (i.e. a strong knowledge of SAP FMS systems is highly recommended)
  • Manages the implementation of new divisional processes in the P2P area) by working closely with all end-to-end stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to, assessing and defining the business requiremements, UAT testing and communication, and roll out the new process
  • Collaborates with various technology teams (SAP development teams, integration teams, functional consultants etc.) on new process developments and process enhancments in the P2P area
  • Supports manager on high complexity projects within purchasing and logistics areas, and leads (sub)projects of small to medium complexity
  • Works closely with other Business Process Analysts to ensure alignment across supply chain systems and applications (SAP MM, GT Nexus, labeling, samples, heritage systems and reporting in all of these)


The Ideal Candidate:
  • University Degree in Business Economics, Management or equivalent, from an internationally minded Business School
  • 2-4 years work experience, preferably in Consulting, Fashion or Supply Chain functions
  • Good analytical skills and ability to understand and map complex supply chain processes
  • Affinity with IT systems and applications, and linking these to business processes
  • Knowledge of SAP required and/or knowledge of Infor Nexus is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to influence others in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
  • Ability to handle uncertainty and change
  • Problem solver and 'can do' mentality
  • Strong team player
