POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will serve as an integral part of Calvin Klein's regional Shopper Experience team, enriching our connection with consumers through best-in-class in-store experience, storytelling and omnichannel synchronization. You will collaborate with functional stakeholders across the organization and business channels to develop VM strategies, designs and execution that amplify CK's brand vision and deliver a 360 holistic consumer journey.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
  • Partner with CK regional GTM team and key business stakeholders to identify and align on 360 brand, category and seasonal activation strategies in APAC.
  • Lead calendarization, creative development and execution of year-round VM and in-store storytelling tools aligned with brand and product strategies/initiatives, including but not limited to windows, signages, props, posters and digital interactions. Work closely with the global VM team on design and development of the tool set.
  • Deliver VM directives, tool kits and standards; provide training to local VM and retail teams across all channels to elevate capabilities. Monitor execution and distill learning into continuous improvement loop to delight our consumers.
  • Work in tandem with the Regional Store Design and Development team during design process and throughout the store life-cycle to seamlessly imbed experiential elements, appropriate store capacity and incorporate VM considerations.
  • Coach, train and develop regional/local VM team members. Build a creative environment that breeds innovation and best-in-class VM solutions.
  • Ensure effective project management, quality control and timely delivery of VM tools, directives and materials. Keep abreast of industry and consumer trends to cut through competitive clutter.
  • Manage regional VM budget, optimize cost effectiveness and drive retail KPI's, e.g., traffic and conversion.
