POSITION SCOPE

We are seeking an organized, creative and highly-motivated individual to join the Creative Services team at Bally, within the wider Marketing department, assisting in the production and management of creative content for global digital first campaigns (i.e. store openings/ pop-up opportunities) and product launches.

 

The successful candidate will communicate with various cross-functional teams, understanding the needs of each channel (retail, e-commerce and wholesale), preparing a creative brief and producing a retro-planning, to ensure that all content is tailored to each platform, and output, and is delivered on time. The role requires strong communication skills, a creative and business mind-set, an eye for detail and digital expertise. The ideal candidate will enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

 

ROLE AND RESPONIBILITIES

In this role you will:

  • Project manage digital first campaigns from start to finish
  • Assist in the project management of seasonal ADV campaigns
  • Prepare project briefs and brief production agencies and talents (i.e.; photographer)
  • Ensure all stakeholders are kept updated with progress reports throughout production. Manage feedback from stakeholders, relaying feedback where necessary to ensure it is carried out correctly and efficiently
  • Manage budgets and invoicing of all owned projects
  • Manage asset delivery of all owned projects

 

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Relevant marketing and communication experience, preferably in fashion and/ or luxury
  • Project management experience
  • Team player, collaborative and enthusiastic
  • Professional fluency in English (especially writing)
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience producing presentations (Adobe InDesign a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
