HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear & Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

Sited within our Brand Management Team, part of Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit the candidate in the open role will guarantee the establishment of the collections according to company strategies and brand themes. Further managing product range definitions, monitoring distribution and sales on a global level, taking care of the following tasks:

What you can expect:

  • Be responsible for the entire go-to-market process of seasonal collections and stock program;
  • Build-up and maintain strong relationships to all subsidiaries and markets to consolidate qualitative and quantitative insights, resulting in sustainable growth plans;
  • Define measures in line with the company's strategy and each subsidiary's business plan to foster market growth;
  • Guarantee a competitive and sustainable pricing of all collections and products in line with the company's target positioning and KPI's;
  • Interact with all interfaces to ensure a proper implementation of 360° marketing activities on a global level;
  • Execute collection/product presentations and product/staff trainings at dedicated sessions in subsidiaries and the headquarter;
  • Self-responsible planning and steering of projects with entrepreneurial mind set.


Your profile:

  • Master Degree in Economics or comparable graduation and at least 4 years of experience in same role developed in international fashion companies;
  • Have a distinctive feeling for fashion, excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Strong organizational, team working, international and networking mindset;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, SAP would be a plus;
  • Be fluent in English & German. Italian would be a plus.
