Job Details

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Wholesale Sales Manager with a deep knowledge of the women RTW segment as well as International markets especially EUROPE and ITALY, to join the Sales Team of La DoubleJ.

 

You will be in charge of account management and active prospecting of new business opportunities with the objective of growing brand awareness and profits through new and existing product categories: RTW, HOME, Swim, Shoes and Accessories.

 

What you'll do:

 

·      Define the B2B wholesale strategy together with the Wholesale Team in line with the company business goals and budgets

·      Analyze, forecast, and project seasonal/annual sales goals by accounts and product categories

·      Plan and execute all digital and in-store activations in line with the wholesale strategy

·      Research and monitor the competitive landscape (other brands/markets) to identify new business opportunities and partners;

·      Continually monitor the current distribution

·      Lead sales campaigns, present the collection and assist buyers with product selection for order placement - taking into account customer profiles and their market need (only virtual appointments via JOOR)

·      Build positive relationships and maintain excellent communication with all of our partners to make sure the label is properly represented

·      Analyse sell-throughs on a weekly base to promptly offer reorders from stock and provide by-weekly updates to higher management

·      Liase with Production, Merchandising, Logistic and Finance teams to ensure the collections are aligned wt retailers need and delivery times are met

·      Present seasonally to the Design team the feedback from the sales campaign/st analysis to identify growth opportunities

·      Work with Merchandising on recommended price lists for new collections

·      Work with marketing and contect to establish key account marketing plans to drive sell through, brand awareness, and to secure special collaborations with key strategic partners

·      Plan monthly marketing emails providing brand updates and all sales and marketing assets

·      Monitor wholesale partner websites to ensure correct imagery and information is being used

·      Develop and manage internal and external reporting to maximise sales team and distributor performance, and to provide data and insights to the Board and Executive team

·      Manage and train Wholesale Interns 

 

What we're looking for:

 

·      Strong and proven experience (min 5 years) in the sales department, within Fashion Wholesale Industry and E-Commerce Sales environment as Sales Manager

·      Strategist, goal oriented, motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and driven by successful results

·      Highly motivated, creative on ways to boost sales while keeping in mind the brand identity

·      Willingness to travel abroad

·      Flexible to work weekends and/or schedule changes 

·      Strong prospecting (cold calling) and lead generation skills 

·      Skills preferred, but not required: JOOR

·      Proficiency wt English Language

·      Proficiency wt Excel and Power Point

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Define the B2B wholesale strategy in line with business goals Budget, forecast and plan activities in line with the wholesale strategy

Research and monitor markets to identify new potential partners; continually evaluate current stockists

Lead sales campaigns, present the collection and assist buyers with product selection for order placement - taking into account customer profiles (most appointments are taken on zoom)

Build positive relationships and maintain excellent communication with buyers to make sure collections are properly represented; analyse sell-throughs, promptly offer reorders, and keep buyers informed of order progress

Work with production, operations and finance teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met

Present design team with feedback from buyers, agents and distributors in order to identify growth opportunities

Work with production on recommended retail prices for new collections

Work with marketing to establish key account marketing plans to drive sell through, brand awareness, and to secure collaborations with strategic partners

Plan and develop monthly marketing emails providing brand updates

Monitor wholesale partner websites to ensure correct imagery and information is being used

Develop and manage internal and external reporting to maximise sales team, agent and distributor performance, and to provide data and insights to the management team
