Position summary

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing reporting to Digital & E-commerce director.  A digital native, the person will be responsible for driving the Global Digital Marketing strategy at 360º: acquisition, onboarding, segmentation, activation, growth, retention, and reactivation.

The right person for the role has passion for digital commerce; an analytical and creative mindset with experience in driving transformation; a pioneer with high learning agility and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment. The perfect candidate is a leader with influence abilities across different functions to make things happen.

 

Responsibilities.

  • Develop an overall digital marketing cross channel strategy, focused on Performance, SEO and Socials. Build, lead, and manage a new Digital Marketing team. Set digital marketing standards, KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring that revenue, cost and organizational objectives are met. Source for and work closely with digital agencies to ensure the digital marketing objectives and strategies are clearly communicated and aligned. Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders including sales & marketing teams and IT department to ensure technology adoption and evolution and that all digital efforts are fully synced up. lan and manage budget across all digital channels and platforms. Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimize organizational productivity and effectiveness.

Required.

  • Strong business mindset and hands on experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred). +5 years of experience in a similar role or in the use of marketing automation technology. Analytical skills – you have the ability to synthesize and analyze complex data. Effective leadership – ability to lead and drive complex projects. You will be working with cross functional teams, influencing at all layers in the organizational. Well connected – strong external network with agencies and start-ups, with a finger on the pulse, always on the hunt to remain one step ahead. Strong independent project management skills. Extremely strong collaboration skills – with experience working across other Marketing teams, Client Success, Sales, UX, Product, and Data Science. Knowledge of database management concepts. Highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
