THE ROLE & THE TEAM
  • You will lead a team of Lead Campaign Managers while also managing strategic DX topics yourself
  • As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for the management of the team and you will also get the chance to develop the team as zStudios grows in scale and in its role within the larger Zalando organisation
  • You will ensure a seamless work stream which requires building and implementing a strong process and a wide network across different teams and stakeholders
  • You will be the gatekeeper between clients and the internal zStudio team members
  • You will be the face to all our clients; it is your job to support all team members along the creative content process in order to empower all sub entities inside zStudios incl. Traffic Management, Ideation and Creative Production across multiple channels

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED
  • You will analyse the reporting and present results as well as recommendations to clients to jointly develop new ways to improve KPIs in order to improve campaign performance and drive efficiencies
  • You will continuously develop and foster productive business relationships through up- and cross-selling and advance our service offering by listening to the clients' needs. You will effectively execute strategies, find solutions and go the extra mile to really understand your clients' needs and circle back with internal teams to make our service offerings get even better
  • You will engage clients and internal creative teams on a regular basis to review campaign performance and plans for course correction, optimization and continual success, as appropriate
  • You will strive to ensure the highest quality in delivery by aligning on all relevant KPIs and strategies of clients and zStudios in the best way possible
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
  • You have 5+ years of Campaign Management or Account Management experience in Online Marketing, preferably at a leading online agency, publisher or e-Commerce company with prior experience in leading a team of Account Managers from the same field
  • You are absolutely proficient and have a passion for all things online
  • You are a self-starter, take initiative and thrive in an international atmosphere
  • You are at ease working and communicating in English
  • You get straight to the heart of important information, you love keeping in close touch with colleagues and partners, and you stay cool, calm and collected even when the going gets tough
  • You are able to interact at a senior management level independently. You inspire and convince them of new ideas without fail
  • You have a strong client focus, are structured and well organised and always think one step ahead with the customer in mind
  • You have a hands-on mentality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment dealing with many topics simultaneously and always thrive to find the best solution in the shortest possible time
  • You have a solid understanding of the online campaign work-flow and all requirements, ranging from a sound technical understanding, solid interpretation of relevant KPIs, recommendations on performance improvements all the way to relevant experience in accounts and invoicing
