The Team

As part of the PVH Europe Omnichannel team the position will in partnership with the Omni channel team and markets develop and execute a holistic Pan-European online pure players strategy. The intention of the position is always in full alignment with and in close partnership with the markets to optimise consumer engagement, strengthen brand equity, control and manage 3rdparty Ecommerce expansion, drive the strategic growth plan in full alignment with the holistic PVH Europe Direct-To-Consumer strategy.

Focus areas within such strategic growth plan will among others include: (i) segmentation strategy, (ii) drive a sustainable, above market and profitable growth with international online accounts, (iii) connect commerce/platform in partnership with the team in O&, and (iv) sales and margin objectives. The operation is structured within our matrix organisation where the strategic ownership of the 3rdparty Ecommerce accounts remains with the market.

The Position

In partnership with the local Ecommerce commercial structure (markets) the function holds a shared responsibility of what, where, how and who to sell to (digital sales & online marketing) - always aligned with the commercial country sales strategies

The mutual objective of 3rdParty Ecommerce EMEA is to create a PAN European Platform Management with clearly defined, unique set of rules on:

In this role you will be responsible to set up fundamental and essential business structures to establish a holistic and scalable pan European business model. You will be the go to person for all required business processes, tools, guidelines regarding our Pure Player & Marketplace business for our regions and internal stakeholders. The role will also support shaping the strategic direction for our Pure Player business by providing data driven channel insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define & Implement processes and tools that fundamentally enables the department to operate across multiple regions& platforms
  • Insurance that all scoped processes and tools are supporting the overall pure player strategy
  • Drivethe tiering & segmentation process for the EMEA partners and secure that guidelines and trade terms are adjusted accordingly.
  • Create solutions and structures to support areas such as content supply and management, master data creation and enrichment, support on brand site creation & general strategic partnership growth plans
  • Establish a holistic Brand/commercial calendar across all strategic partners and markets
  • Support the evolution of a reporting structure which secures transparency on partnersactivities across markets, analyse market shares and overall development.Provide advice on how to optimise the partner/market relationship

The priority of the position will initially be to:
  • Create an overall process structure which services the pure players across all countries. Such services being content support, strategic account development, creation of brand landing pages, master data support etc.
  • Support the establishment of a true Pure Player center of excellenceby combining best practice within Europe.
  • Live by the mindset "create, maintain and constantly improve"

The Ideal Candidate:
  • You have around 4-7 years' experience within Sales, Marketingor Business Development
  • Knowledge and understanding of the digital transformation within WHS & Marketplace environment
  • Great project management skills combined with the ability to translate ideas into clear presentations
  • Proficient in number crunching in Excel
  • Good knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail & accuracy
