Summary Statement: The Sales Support Assistant, is responsible for creating/maintaining merchandise organization and administrative day-to-day tasks to support operational excellence and an elevated store environment with the goal of improving the associate and client experience.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Processes, tracks, and follows up on special orders and repair requests; communicate status toclient advisors.
  • Assists with special events / Made to Measure / truck shows; processes and reconciles necessaryinvoices and client orders.
  • Responsible for checking in / receiving new merchandise (includes ticketing, backstockorganization) per division requirements.
  • Per guidance and direction of Group/Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, place productand merchandise in the specified area of the dept
  • Based on changes in business priorities, complete necessary merchandise placements to ensuremerchandise standards are followed
  • Processes damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks and RTVs.
  • Complete markdowns; signs and moves product once marked.
  • Demonstrates operational skills by keeping track of daily reports and SPIFF entries, and checkingreceipts; ensures department and stockroom controls are being executed

Qualifications
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to shift focus quickly depending on business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and ability to have flexibility with competing task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite preferred
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10pounds
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will includeevenings, weekends, and holidays
