As Senior Digital Business Development Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of the digital product for New Guards Group, from inception to launch.

You will be leading the Digital Product Team in identifying business opportunities, developing digital solutions, and growing digital products. In addition, you will be responsible of the customer experience through a multifaceted digital ecosystem.

You will assist in envisioning and executing the entire product strategy, which includes running discovery sessions, owning the product backlog, and seeing through from the development to the final release.

The role requires a great deal of cross-functional collaborations, constantly ensuring work is well managed, communicated and understood by numerous internal and external stakeholders.

You must have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and the ability to develop data pipelines leveraged to track, analyze, and improve digital services as well as purchase experience.

What you will do

- Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build NGG digital products and customer experience on all the direct .com

- Closely partner with Farfetch Platform Solution (FPS) Team to manage the roadmap and backlog, ensuring that FPS always delivers the capabilities on time, as per expectation from both technical and interface standpoint

- Oversee and manage requirements discovery, design solutions, features development and user acceptance tests

Partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on features development and prioritization

- Translate business requirements into user cases and user acceptance criteria

- Work on managing, processing, and analyzing big data to translate those findings into clear strategies and measurable goals

- Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant improvements

- Evaluate and understand the user and buyer persona through a variety of data sources and industry best practices

Who you are

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

- 5+ years' experience in Digital Product Management

- Experience in SQL queries and back-end/front-end programming languages, such as Java, HTML, CSS, Angular JS

- Strong analytical, time management and planning skills

- Keen in delivering complex projects under pressure and negotiating contract terms

- Experience of working with a global company/brand

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Proficiency in English, additional language is a plus${description2}
