Arddun Agency are a London based Womenswear wholesale agency and retailer based in Shoreditch, London specialising in the Luxury and Advanced Contemporary world. We are looking for an Office and Personal Assistant to support the team and directors as our business continues to evolve and grow. We are small but fast growing team that are close-knit and we aim to provide a nurturing and enjoyable place to work and are looking for a candidate that shares our core qualities of humble, hungry and inquisitive! 


The key responsibilities of this role include:

- overseeing the day to day running of the office

- managing internal and external facilities including cleaners, IT, payroll and expenses

- helping with sending, tracking and receiving shipments and deliveries 

- meeting scheduling and diary management 

- helping and supporting on team international travel booking 

- managing the team social and event schedule including Christmas party, birthdays etc

- light HR support 

- basic ad-hoc admin tasks & occasional data entry 

- supporting the directors on personal admin tasks 

 

The right candidate would have the following experience and aspirations:

- some experience in office and personal assistant roles desired but not needed 

- great customer service skills 

- an interest in fashion 

- strong attention to detail 

- ability to multi task and willing to take on and learn new skills 

 

This role would suit a candidate that is eager to get into the world of fashion and experience all areas of the business. We are a company that nurtures those willing to work hard and are eager and curious to expand their horizons in a work capacity. The role will be based at our Shoreditch office and showroom with some working from home opportunities.
