Job Details
JOB PURPOSE
As part of the E-Store management organization, the E-Commerce specialist with a focus on Catalog & Trading is responsible for supporting the commercial progression of the direct eCommerce website and marketplaces to deliver a consistent, premium and engaging experience in line with the client journey.
The E-Commerce specialist will ensure that the catalog is uploaded on time following the right standards of quality, while promoting the suitable display of products across the different channels.
The E-Commerce specialist will be able to read performance KPIs and propose informed actions, as well as promote collaboration and communication among all the stakeholders involved in the daily delivery of commercial calendar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor performance leveraging on dedicated analytics tools, providing business and operational insights to maximize revenues and optimize customer experience on the website, focusing on:
- Site Performance (e.g., bounce rate, check‐out funnel, conversion rate)
- Sales (e.g., revenues, AOV, sales mix, etc.)
- Traffic (e.g., visits, CTR percentage, Last Touch Channel Mix, etc.)
- Develop and own a holistic and Omnichannel vision of the ecommerce store activities across the different business areas (UX/UI, Digital Marketing, IT, CRM, Content, Marketplaces, Regional Teams, Retail, Logistics, Legal and more)
- Maintain the digital commercial calendar and keep the pace on execution priorities, being accountable for the timeline and the cross-team dependencies
- Maintain weekly commercial performance reporting with the support of the analytics team and fish for insights for the wider digital team
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
3 years of experience in the E-Commerce field
Experience in managing the ecommerce product lifecycle
Ability to maintain the ecommerce calendar and orchestrate execution
Experience in using catalog management solutions (PIM/PCM)
Ability to read business KPIs and suggest actions
Proactive, positive, and self-organizing attitude
Professional English proficiency
Bachelor or Master's degree in business
Merch / PIM / PCM solutions
Analytics: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
BI: Qlik, Power BI, Tableau
Ticketing: JIRA, Trello, Service Now
Office: Power Point, Word, Excel, Share Point
