Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Assistant Team Leader to join the Customer Service team ASAP (role based in Paris)

About the role

Under the responsibility of the Customer Service Team leader, you will actively participate in the development of our customers' satisfaction, by ensuring that delivery deadlines and quality of service are respected. You will ensure the smooth running of internal CS operations, the management of priorities, the monitoring of KPIs and handling demanding customers.

What you'll be doing :
  • Organizing & overseeing daily operations of the department to ensure fast and qualitative resolutions
  • Conducting regular performance reviews of all members of the team, offering feedbacks on areas for improvement
  • Participate in the training of new team members in company policies and procedures
  • Be a driving force for process improvement and coordinate with Innovation team
  • Maintaining team morale through regular communication and being available to answer team questions
  • Coordinating with other departments on projects such as marketing campaigns or special events
  • Participation in management catch up /brainstorming and process meetings
  • Helping with administrative tasks (team stats, priority tickets list, BS chat table, activity table.....)


Who you are
  • Fluent in English, French and ideally another language
  • Be comfortable speaking with all types of internal & external stakeholders
  • Fast learner (Tools, processes...)
  • Be autonomous and proactive
  • Being comfortable working under pressure
  • Have strong organizational skills.
  • A discrete person
