Languages
- Responsible for the all kinds of store project activities for the 3 brands in China
- Lead & manager projects include prioritizing, planning, budgeting, executing and monitoring the progress till projects delivered
- To work closely with AP/Paris Team for the store projects strategy and concept guidelines in order to maintain global image of the brand from initial concept through final local execution.
- To work closely with related departments in order to meet the local requirements. Follow through the project schedule, work closely with external suppliers, landlords & public authorities, in order to guarantee the projects are carried out and completed as planned per brands' consistently quality.
- Manage with stakeholders to achieve all kind of consent from relevant government bureau including design, fire and building etc
- Handle inspection and manage quality of both new and existing store; Ensure the consistency of store concept and maintain the high-quality standard across the region
- Ensure the process is comply with company standard with all parties
- Liaise constantly with internal and external parties to ensure for a clear communication and smooth openings
Profile
- Degree Holder in Interior Design, Architecture, Building Services, or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8 years' experience in retail industry
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience·
- Strong knowledge in project management, design, construction and building systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excellent in multi-tasking. Able to prioritize in fast pace environment
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge in Autocad is a must. Photoshop is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken in English
- Frequent travel is required
