Job description

The role is responsible for assist the units achieve their goals by promoting learning solutions. You will initiate, develop and lead strategic Retail training initiatives, to strengthen the organization capacity and support business growth through drive people growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ASSIGNMENT
  • Work with Head of HR to develop strategies on people development and talent management, set overall training plan for China market.
  • Engage with commercial department and stakeholders, understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Demonstrate the value of talent, learning and development programs and interventions to key stakeholders through program delivery.
  • Work directly with retail team for leadership Learning and Development yearly plan, to develop the competencies of store staff.e.g. Store Manager leadership program, Selling ceremony & Induction and other field coaching on TTT sessions (Train The Trainer Program).
  • Promote learning culture in organization, plan, organize and work closely with regional team to manage and utilize My Learning platform, secure learning content and POS learning implementation.
  • Evaluate training needs, propose and implement training sessions for HQ office staff.
  • Leading T&D Projects, act as key roles for e.g.Pilot Store Project, Mystery Shopper Program and Brands Conference or Store Manager Conference.
  • Lead the team, be responsible for training data and budget for all T&D department.
  • Other ad-hoc projects or T&D tasks.


Profile

• Able to design and facility workshop or courses according to business needs.
• At least 8-10 years working experiences in training related function within consumer goods, retail, fashion industry etc.
• Strong experience or demonstrated skills in coordinating a range of tasks and stakeholders and managing priorities.
• Pro-active, resourceful with good initiative and result-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation skills to both internal and external.
• Travel frequency depending on the business needs.
• Power Point design, video/photos shooting, PS and media related software operating skills are preferred.
