D ESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement en congé maternité, nous recherchons au sein du département RH de PVH France, un(e) HR Business Partner pour notre réseau de points de vente Retail & Grands-Magasins.

Votre mission sera d'accompagner et de conseiller vos interlocuteurs sur l'ensemble des sujets RH.

Vous intervenez notamment dans les domaines suivants :

- L'accompagnement des opérationnels au quotidien : conseil RH, gestion des dossiers disciplinaires de son périmètre, recrutement de profils managériaux (en lien avec le pôle recrutement)

- La formation : participation à la définition du plan de formation et suivi de son déploiement ; création et animation de modules de formation.

- Le développement RH : pilotage des entretiens annuels de son périmètre, élaboration et validation avec les managers des plans de promotion et des axes de développement des compétences des collaborateurs.

En complément :
- Reporting et mise à jour des documents légaux
- Communication RH
- Participation aux divers projets RH

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins trois ans sur un poste RH généraliste, idéalement dans un univers retail ou multi sites et êtes disponible dès novembre 2022.

Nous recherchons des personnalités dotées d'un excellent relationnel, d'un sens de la communication, d'un goût du challenge et d'une culture du résultat.

Savoir anticiper, être réactif et être force de proposition sont des compétences clés pour ce poste.

Vous êtes expert du pack office et notamment d'Excel et Power Point que vous utiliserez au quotidien.

Le français et l'anglais sont obligatoires à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Vous utiliserez régulièrement ces 2 langues dans votre quotidien.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of a replacement for a maternity leave, we are looking for an HR Business Partner for our network of retail and department store outlets within the HR department of PVH France.

Your mission will be to support and advise your contacts on all HR issues.

You will be involved in the following areas:

- Supporting operational staff on a day-to-day basis : HR advice, management of disciplinary cases within the scope of the position, recruitment of managerial profiles (in conjunction with the recruitment department)

- Training: participation in the definition of the training plan and follow-up of its deployment; creation and animation of training modules.

- HR development: management of annual interviews within its scope, development and validation with managers of promotion plans and employee skills development areas.

In addition :

- Reporting and updating of legal documents

- HR communication

- Participation in various HR projects

PROFILE SOUGHT

You have at least three years' experience in a general HR position, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment and are available from November 2022.

We are looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, a taste for challenge and a results-oriented culture.

Knowing how to anticipate, being reactive and being a force of proposal are key skills for this position.

You are an expert in the office pack and in particular in Excel and Power Point which you will use on a daily basis.

French and English are mandatory for both oral and written communication. You will regularly use these 2 languages in your daily life.
