THE ROLE

Reporting to Assistant Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing all technical equipment in photography studios, assuring high-quality product imagery is delivered.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Manage photography equipment and cameras, make sure they are in good condition
    • Manage technical issues of the photoshoots such as image colour, lighting, studio dimension etc
    • Support preliminary studio preparation and operations
    • Set up and ensure the technical guidelines are adhered in order to support Photographers to consistently deliver excellent quality imagery
    • Lead and support changes of studio processes
    • Keep abreast of current photography trends and technologies to provide suggestions in upgrading the equipment/ techniques
    • Work with global team to ensure the station layout, lighting, studio set up are consistent with our global standard
    • Provide creative and technical advice to internal teams to deliver excellent marketing content


WHO YOU ARE

    • 2+ years of experience in studio shooting, set up, lighting in magazine or online media marketing
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Passionate in photography and fashion industry.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Advanced user of IT systems (MS Office) and image editing/management (Adobe Creative Suite).
