Digital Retail is the core of HUGO BOSS AG's eCommerce activities. We ensure that hugoboss.com is a class-leading website, inspiring our customers and easily helping them to buy their HUGO BOSS products. You are interested in long-term planning of sales development for the global eCommerce business? To strengthen our continuously growing department we are looking for aSales Planner Global eCommerce (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

  • Strategic planning of the most important KPIs revenue, returns, markdowns, costs, and profit for short-term targets & long-term budget
  • Transformation of operative sales planning into monthly financial fiscal year targets by considering IFRS requirements
  • Coordinating strategic planning with the top management
  • Performing weekly sales forecast for different stakeholders, e.g., logistic outbound planning
  • Close collaboration with key stakeholders in Marketing, Merchandising and local market responsible colleges
  • Create Reports & Dashboard to monitor actual performance against planning numbers
  • Drive automation and introducing tools for forecasting and planning to increase efficiency across the teams and optimize planning processes


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, economics, statistics)
  • 2+ years relevant experience in industry or consultancy related to strategic planning and demand forecasting. Experience in e-commerce or tech is a plus
  • You are a data-driven person with strong experience in analytics and business modelling
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Skills in scripting with SQL, Python or R is a plus
  • Fluent in spoken & written English as well as strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment
