About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for developing strategies for Gap Inc's in-house Photo Studio to maintain resource efficiency, increase operational effectiveness and help the online brands deliver innovative visual solutions to our customer. In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers and oversee the photography pipeline operations needed to deliver the creative vision for Gap and Gap Factory Online.

What You'll Do

  • Define and oversee product photography pipeline for Gap and Gap Factory Online.
  • Partner with leaders of Creative and Production teams to define and execute seasonal photography strategy.
  • Develop and present yearly financial budgets, manage monthly metrics and forecasts.
  • Develop seasonal production schedule to align with business priorities; forecast workload and organize resources to support expected. demand; full time and freelance resources.
  • Leverage experience and industry expertise to influence a more efficient process; optimize costs and resources by aligning talent. appropriately among brands and projects
  • Formulate strategic vision and provide clear communication to direct team.

Who You Are

  • 5- 7 years of experience in photo and video production, project and people management.
  • Strong financial acumen; solid understanding of retail fundamentals and financial metrics; expert in budget creation and financial analysis.
  • Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions.
  • Strong written communication skills; presentation skills and problem solving skills with ability to build strong cross functional partnerships and influence change.
  • Able to motivate, coach and inspire a high performing team in a fast paced environment.
