Seasonal roles for consideration are outlined below:

Seasonal Sales & Operations Support:
  • Assist and interact with clients to create luxury experiences that positively impact sales and service.
  • Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are greeted timely, assisted, and have an exceptional memorable experience commensurate with the Tiffany brand.
  • Improve the clients experience with hospitality and store amenities.
  • Perform duties requiring standing most of the day such as assisting with boxing and wrapping items, personalization sales, replenishing POS (Point of Sale) and gifting supplies, keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized and performing all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized if appropriate.
  • Perform one-on-one selling ceremonies, when required
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to support sales and service achievement.
  • Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

Seasonal Client Services & Vault Representative:
  • Maintain a professional approach during all face-to-face interaction with all clients, while performing necessary client follow-up in a timely manner and assisting with the opening and closing of the department assuring accuracy with the Point-of-Sale terminals.
  • Requires that the established "average wait times" are met and maintained on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Meet and maintain the established "productivity" goal of assisting 20-25 clients per day while ensuring all security standards are maintained.
  • Providing support and assistance to management and all co-workers with special assignments.

Seasonal Tiffany Ambassador:
  • Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed, assisted accordingly and have a memorable experience commensurate with the Tiffany brand.
  • Utilize storytelling and conversation to discern client needs, partnering them with the appropriate client advisor to achieve sales goals.
  • Accurately manage floor waiting list
  • Communicate with management any potential service issues
  • Support all hospitality and selling events, ensuring that all areas are stocked and clean
  • Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized
  • Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information in strict adherence to the Record Retention Guidelines

Requirements for the ideal seasonal candidate:
  • Curiosity, optimism, passion, genuineness, ability to authentically connect with clients.
  • Availability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous retail or luxury experience or relevant client related experience.
  • Client service mentality and a positive demeanor.
  • Great teammate with a desire to help others achieve sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in working with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
