We are looking for a temporary employee (m/f/d) for the duration of 1 year in full time from December 2022.

What you can expect:

  • Support the team with influencer marketing campaigns monitoring and talents tracking tools for casting and reporting
  • Sending packages for events and influencer seedings and monitoring the delivery
  • Coordinate the influencer seasonal sample set, shipments and returns
  • Support the team in styling look options for seedings and fittings
  • Placing and following stock delivery's through internal SAP system, inserting samples orders
  • Maintaining and updating internal budgeting and invoicing tracker
  • Maintaining internal and external presentations
  • Collaborate with relevant interfaces from Marketing and Brand Communications and liaise with international affiliates and agencies


Your profile:

  • Degree in marketing/media and communication sciences, a comparable degree or can provide corresponding training
  • Structured and proactive working style, goal-oriented action and communication skills among your strengths and can work well under time pressure
  • Open-minded, flexible, a team player, have a talent for organization, enjoy challenges and pay attention to detail
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Administration experience
  • Experience internal ordering application with SAP software program
  • Experience with updating budgets
  • Understand supply chain and process of product
  • Experience with processing and tracking shipments
  • Ideally, you have gained some practical experience in the lifestyle and fashion industry in the course of your previous career
  • Very good written and spoken English; further language skills are an advantage
