JOB PURPOSE
The Digital Campaigns Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end digital campaigns flow (for both 1-to-1 and 1-to-Many campaigns) from campaign definition to the execution and reporting of the global communication strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining and manage the global 1-to-Many and 1-to-1 communications calendar working closely with Ecommerce, Retail, Communications, Content, Copywriter and other HQ teams
- Manage the day by day activity of digital campaigns: drafting briefs, checking of materials and requirements, planning of production activities, testing and checking on the correctness and quality of the communications
- Working closely with local regions in the content/target definition for campaigns and to adapt the campaigns plan accordingly with local business needs
- Define the targeting criteria of the digital communications campaigns using the marketing automation platform (Adobe Campaign)
- Coordinate the development of 1-to-1 communication assets & templates used by the boutiques for outreach clienteling activities, creating new formats and contents for engaging communications
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of campaigns and their success
- Contribute to the requirements for the Marketing Automation Program needed for managing, enhancing, and deliver relevant and personalized communication
- Constantly monitor KPIs, providing recurrent data reporting analyses and insights to improve final performances. Monitor contact pressure KPIs and set automatic rules to avoid DB over-contacting
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in the Fashion & Luxury industry is a plus
Capable to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Creative and out of the box thinker
Strong team player, adaptable and flexible to changes
Proactive, independent, responsible, creative and self-motivated
Passion for the Fashion & Luxury industry
Good knowledge of Adobe Campaign or other marketing automation tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Fluent in English
