People Business Partner
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER TO WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES IN ALL PEOPLE-RELATED MATTERS
As People Business Partner you will help us execute on the short-term plan while at the same time work with the team to support the overall long-term People strategy. This is a 12-months parental leave cover and a great opportunity to enter the amazing world of GANNI with the concrete possibility that you will become a permanent member of the team.
As we keep expanding internationally as a Company, People team is undergoing a transformation, where acting as trusted people business partner and improving the level of service for our people globally are essential components of professionalizing the whole Department. Our team is small, but we are growing and will keep expanding! We work together as competent generalists with can-do attitude and lots of energy. The role is based in our cool office at the center of Copenhagen and you will report directly to the Global HR Director.
YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
This is a hands-on role, where you will be the key point of contact and trusted advisor to our managers and employees, to make sure we hire, keep developing and retain our people; additionally, you will be one of the strongest advocates of our values and you will be champion to help us keep developing and evolving a positive people experience. Your main population will be across our Copenhagen and Paris offices. More specifically, you will be drive and/or be involved in the following activities:
- Be the go-to person and trusted advisor to our people managers and employees in all people-related matters, displaying competence, knowledge, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
- Lead Talent Acquisition activities from ad-hoc sourcing when required, recruiting and successful onboarding
- Manage onboarding and offboarding programmes
- Work in collaboration with the rest of the team to help us improving our people processes
- Lead performance management process and conduct the relevant training for our people
- Lead employee engagement surveys process and support managers and teams with the required actions to work on team dynamics improvements
- Support managers with talent management and organizational conversations, salary reviews, ad-hoc cases
- Spar with the Global HR Director on strategic decisions and the long-term People agenda
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
You display a strong HR toolbox which enables you to be a competent HR Generalist and make a difference across all HR disciplines (talent development and acquisition, performance, organizational design, performance and rewards). You have previously worked in a similar role and know what ‘good HRBP look like’; you thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing working environment; you have strong customer service mindset and communication skills and keep looking for improvements and solutions.
