YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
GANNI is on an exciting growth journey with a goal to become a digital first direct to consumer brand - on that journey the Digital Development and Data Management department is a key-player by making sure that our technical landscape is future proof to meet our long term ambitions. As a Project Manager, you will work on some of our most exciting projects at GANNI. You will drive critical and strategic projects from a holistic perspective and you will be in the sweet spot between business and tech making execution aligned with the strategic plan.
The Project Manager will lead and steer cross-functional project teams making sure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the right quality. You will lead the project planning through the whole project lifecycle from scoping, design, implementation to hypercare. We believe you demonstrate leadership and end-to-end ownership in your projects, all the way from project kick-off to project celebration.

Responsibilities ahead of you
- Lead a cross functional ERP project with project members from both business departments, tech departments and external vendors.
- Facilitate scoping workshops with project members and anchor the project with senior management.
- Lead the technical implementation and business
- Drive change management and alignment on new business processes
- Responsible for resource planning, budget planning and overall project planning.
- Stakeholder management and information sharing
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience working Project Management for Business and Tech development projects
- Minimum 3 years experience from driving an ERP project from start to finish.
- Experience of commercial negotiation within the area of ERP.
- Experience in business transformation projects and tech strategy work.
- Have a strong ability to prioritize and provide clear directions.
- Experience of leading projects throughout the full project life cycle.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and communicate with senior business-leaders.
- Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment where operations and business requirements might change fast.
- Experience in the fashion industry and/or FMCG is an advantage.
