YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for processing correct salaries, on time, to all employee in the organization. This is done through developing, handling and maintaining all payroll functions.
In our growing organization efficiency, structure and clear guidelines throughout the payroll process is key!
You will act as one point of contact between GANNI and payroll providers abroad including United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Holland, China, Italy, and France. You will develop a process how to structure the information flow of relevant information.
Internally you will work in close corporation with other departments from Finance to Human resource as well as serve the organization on payroll related queries.
You will be responsible for reconciliation of salary to data in our ERP system and monitor salaries vs forecast and working on a data model ensuring accurate forecast and enable better decisions in a growing organization.
Optimizing of payment flow and systems optimizations finds your interest and you are curious and eager to “grab low hanging fruits”.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
An independent team player with a high sense of detail orientation and reliability with:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from a similar position
- Proficient skills in process and system optimization
- Flair for working with data streams in digital systems and integrations
- Knowledge on salaries is a must have
- Financial background is preferred
- Super user in excel
- High level of both verbal and written English
- Ability to multiple task on multiple projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
