886 by The Royal Mint will soon be launching its own store in the Burlington Arcade, London and is looking for a strong team of experienced individuals to help drive the brand forward and to strongly support the direct customer experience. 886 by The Royal Mint employees will share this vision of high-value and sustainability and be the first to deliver a comfortable and exceptional experience to our customers.
Do you want to work for an innovative and luxury jewellery brand? As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with supervision responsibilities for the 886 by The Royal Mint store. Your core focus will be on leading and motivating team members to achieve sales targets, all whilst delivering a premium experience to our customers. You will lead in ensuring the smooth running of the store, and support with driving sales, ensuring KPI’s are being achieved. You will be committed to developing strong relationships and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers, helping to create memorable experiences for our customers and making sure that the store is inviting and exceeds our customer’s expectations.
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support with merchandising to maximise sales and profitability, whilst also completing regular stock checks and resolve any issues. You will support with the daily supervision and management of staff within the store, including staff rota, training, and recruitment.
We expect our employees to deliver a premium service to our customers, establishing and maintaining loyal customers to our brand. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will provide an exceptional and attentive service and be passionate about delivering superior customer experiences. You will be highly motivated, and results driven, as well as having excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must demonstrate enthusiasm about 886 by The Royal Mint and represent the brand positively within customer interactions.
Skills and Experience
- Must have experience of working for a luxury brand within a similar position
- Demonstrable experience in working within an active sales role with a proven track record in negotiating and closing sales
- Demonstrable experience of working in luxury jewellery and products
- Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external contacts
- Must be able to demonstrate high standards of numeracy and literacy & evaluate commercial opportunities
- Demonstrable experience in people management and supervising a small team
- Must be willing and able to commute to a retail store in London (Burlington Arcade)
- Fluent using Microsoft Office
