JOB PURPOSE

A key role within the America's Visual Merchandising team, the Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Visual Merchandising Director within the Americas region. The candidate is required to possess strong collaboration and organizational skills as well think critically, be dependable and have fun working on a fast-paced team. They will display agility, flexibility and be intellectually curious!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the VM Director with all department coordination work including:
  • Invoicing and PO creation and submission, Microsoft Teams group and communication management, vendor coordination and Head Office communications, photo sharing and reports
  • Arrange freelance support when appropriate
  • VM Director travel arrangements and management
  • Liaise with various cross functional partners (Architecture, Work Place Services, Procurement, Events, etc.)
  • Work closely with VM Production Coordinator on prop orders, shipping, PO's and all invoicing
  • Support of VM specific related tasks across the team (such as prop management and VM installation security)


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for innovation, creativity and perfection
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at the same time
  • Self-starter, extremely organized, creative thinker
  • Immaculate attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to take initiative offer new ideas, collaborate within a team environment
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Knowledge of Ariba/SAP a must
  • 3-4 years experience of working in fashion, retail or art environments within an administrative or coordinator capacity
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
