LOCATION: SMCP NORTH AMERICA HEADQUARTERS, 44 WALL STREET, NEW YORK, NY (HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE /3 DAYS ONSITE)

COMPENSATION: $75,000-$85,000 plus Bonus

The SMCP Group is a combination of two Parisian Contemporary Luxury Ready-To-Wear brands for Women/Men - Sandro + Maje. Since 2011, we have grown to over 168 points of distribution across the US + Canada in addition to our online business. The Digital Marketing Manager is a key role on our Ecommerce/Digital team. Responsibilities associated with this role include: developing the traffic acquisition strategy and manage digital marketing partners for the Maje and Sandro websites in the USA and Canada in addition to building and maintaining reporting and dashboards to analyze digital performance in North America to support business decisions.

What You'll be doing:

Traffic:
  • Build strategies to support acquisition, branding and financial goals
  • Forecast, manage and optimize budgets across digital channels while being reactive and accountable to ROAS
  • Implement and monitor traffic acquisition campaigns daily on multiple channels (Paid search, paid social, affiliations, PLA, display...)
  • Understand and analyze the results and performance indicators of the campaigns against goals
  • Plan and implement the overall bottom funnel campaigns and support internal Brand teams on the top funnel campaigns optimization
  • Manage digital marketing partners to optimize performance and ROI
  • Identify the latest trends, best practices and technologies (tools, new potential campaigns, formats, creatives)
  • Identify and execute revenue generating AB test opportunities (creatives, audiences...)
  • Work closely with email marketing team to optimize digital messaging across the brand
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on launch and communication plan

Business Analysis:
  • Build reporting to measure digital performance in North America
  • Create and maintain standardized dashboard & reporting for the team
  • Capture daily, weekly, monthly, yearly eCommerce KPIs to support business decisions
  • Define, analyze and validate key metrics to inform decision-making and measure the success of different initiatives
  • Build forecasting tool for logistics & finance
  • Perform analysis and submit recommendations to improve revenue opportunities for the business
  • Engage with the eCommerce manager to optimize website, channel performance, product performance, merchandising rules based on sell-through and stock availability

Who You Are:

Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3-5 years of related experience
    • Must have strong awareness of fashion and industry trends and an ability to bring forward ideas to the table

Special Skills:
    • Google analytics expertise is required
    • Sales Force experience is a plus
