People Officer F/M/D

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a People Officer, to join our amazing People team.

You will be part of the People team which is responsible for the care of our employees : from the onboarding until their offboarding.

This is a full-time role based out of our Paris office reporting to the Head of People Operations.

What you'll do

  • As the first point of contact of our new joiners, you are in charge of the preparation of the contract (contract, visa, immigration).
  • You work closely with the IT team to coordinate the onboarding process & support our HRBPs to follow probation periods.

Employee journey
  • You are the first point of contact of employees for People related questions.
  • You own all employee changes due to the employee lifecycle (promotions, transfers, organization of medicals etc.) to make sure employee's data are accurate.

  • You support our payroll provider in the payroll cycle, making sure our employees are paid correctly and in time.

  • You support the People Team in regards to various projects that touch the employee lifecycle such as optimizing the onboarding, our HRIS our offboarding processes.

Who you are
  • You have experience in a fast paced environment
  • You are a people person able to adapt your style to communicate most effectively with different stakeholders
  • You have a positive attitude and have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • You are a confident team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • And as we are a French born international company you are fluent in both English and French
  • You have a good knowledge of french labor law & people administration processes
  • You are deeply engaged in Vestiaire Collective's mission and values and deeply care to provide an excellent employee experience
  • You have sound judgment, displaying integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality
