Position Overview
The Project and Program Lead will work directly with the Creative Director of the Agency to help oversee and optimize the department. They will support with creative operations, team management, workflow and resource allocation across the department and aggregate information under one holistic view. This person will ensure that the Creative Director prioritizes their workload and based on critical meetings and initiatives, in addition to granting approval for the various stakeholders to execute based on business needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Be aware of timing constraints and be prepared to escalate issues or conflicts.
* Partner with People & Development on Global Leadership Team led deliverables in addition to corporate initiatives
*
* Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
* Communicate to stakeholders, partners and leadership across all phases of work; report back to Creative Director on a need-to-know basis
* Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
* Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
* Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication, tailoring structure, and content of messaging to the needs of the audience. Partner with P&D as appropriate.
* Support with building decks and presentations as needed

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Experience in the fashion industry within a creative agency or in house team environment
* Ability to constructively evaluate projects in terms of client needs, budgets, and schedules, providing creative solutions for challenging situations.
* Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing priorities to help your creative team produce on time deliverables for their clients
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects and priorities across multiple channels
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strategic thinker, able to translate business objectives into project plans
* Creative and innovative thinker with a solution-oriented approach and ability to identify opportunities and efficiencies
* Collaborative, customer focused, motivated, and energetic with ability to motivate teams Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Keynote; ability to learn additional systems quickly
